Who is Julián Albarracín?
Mendozan by soul, rocker by blood, and grillmaster by passion.
Julián Albarracín is the creator of Con Fuego, a project where music, fire, and emotion come together in every bite.
With a life lived between stages and flames, Julián went from playing basslines to lighting coals. His love for Argentine rock and his homeland of Mendoza now takes shape in a modern food concept where every sandwich carries rhythm, smoke, and heart.
Now based in Miami, he reimagines traditional Argentine asado for an international audience preserving its soul while serving it in a bold, portable format: the sandwich as message, and fire as language.
Con Fuego is more than a food stand. It’s a criollo song served hot.
It’s smoke, meat, bread and memories.
It’s the riff of the asado.
